    kamalakar, he is the manager he doesn't have any clarification on the MEP plan and they are saying that only tiffins are allowed for this plan

    This is worst hotel. Tv did not work. Even their mechanic couldn't fix. Shower not working. Intercom not working. Ac also failed. Whenever contacted reception service boy turned up after half an hour. Very limited option in breakfast. Wardrobe stinking.

    There is no customer service even after intimation of my health condition to the hotel management they were not helped me to bring the luggage

    The location is just perfect. It's near the railway station and easily accessible to auto and taxi. The staff is polite and very cooperative and ready to help.
